[UPDATE] New Installer for LMD-Tools/VCL Complete (RAD Studio 10.4 only)

Please redownload LMD-Tools/VCL Complete for RAD Studio 10.4 (compiled versions) when you miss LMD-Tools main components. We replaced these two installers with corrected versions today.
All other 2020.3 installers (including source installer) were not affected by this problem.
