LMD ElPack 4.06 (VCL) available [UPDATE]

The LMD ElPack customer area was updated with version 4.06 (VCL). This new release mainly fixes the DEP problem in all possible situations. Also trialversions up to Delphi 2005 were updated in public area.
The setup files were updated today. If you miss Themes support (mainly in registered versions with enabled ELPACK_THEME_ENGINE switch), please redownload setup file.
