Description

Used to allow dialogs created with the MessageDlg function to display like the dialogs do in Windows 2000 and WindowsXP operating systems. 

Changing this variable has no effect of dialogs created using the TJSDialog component. This value is used by some of the wrapper functions to maintain backwards compatibility.
