Starts a timer that allows the form to receive WM_TIMER messages.

Description

Starts a timer that allows the form to receive WM_TIMER messages. 

Used for when the dialog associated with the TJSTaskDialogForm instance has doTimer set in the DialogOptions property. 

Note: There should be no need to call this method explicitly.
