Determines the frequency of updating the dialog's height while animating.
property Speed: TJSSpeedRange;
The amount of time between updating the dialog's height when collapsing or expanding. The longer the value the slower the animation will take.
The elapsed time for the animation to complete also depends on the size of the expanded content.
