Determines whether the radio button is checked when it is first displayed. Remember that since only one radio button can be checked at a time, if you specify Checked for more than one radio button only the last radio button created will be checked.

If Enabled is TRUE then the user to change the checked state of the radio button. 

 

Value 

The internal value assigned to the radio button. This helps you determine which radio button has been checked. Radio Button values are automatically assigned when the radio button is added and start at 200. You shouldn't need to modify this value.
